Township Supervisor

Vote for Elizabeth Thompson!

Township Supervisors are responsible for making key decisions on shaping community character, preserving open space, protecting the environment, ensuring public and safety, managing growth, overseeing zoning, maintaining roads and infrastructure, enforcing codes, and making responsible financial decisions. In 2025, one six-year Township Supervisor seat is on the ballot.


Council Rock School Board Director

Vote for Cheryl Rickert!

School Board Directors are responsible for setting educational policies, managing budgets, and guiding program development to support student success. They represent the community’s interests, ensure compliance with state regulations, and work closely with administrators to strengthen the district. Council Rock’s School Board consists of nine directors, each representing a different region. In 2025, Upper Makefield’s four-year seat is on the ballot.


Tax Collector

Vote for Melissa Carpenter!

Our Tax Collector is responsible for collecting local property and school taxes, maintaining accurate records, issuing tax bills, and processing payments. They assist residents with tax inquiries, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage delinquencies to support the funding of local government and services. The Tax Collector serves a four-year term.


Auditor

Vote for Leena Saini!

Elected auditors meet annually on the day following the reorganization of the Board of Supervisors. They approve the auditing agency that reviews Upper Makefield’s finances. In 2025, one of the three auditor roles is on the ballot.


Election Officials

Vote for Your Precinct Elected Officials

Election officials play an important role in administering election procedures in each polling place. Their duties include opening and closing the polls, setting up voting equipment, registering and signing-in voters, recording vote totals, and ensuring that election returns are delivered to the county election office.
